Corporate Recruiter

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for all UNACEM North America locations in the United States. Ensures accurate, compliant, and consistent hiring practices aligned with federal regulations and with state-specific requirements in Arizona and California. Partners with managers across the business to secure talent that supports performance, culture, and long-term workforce needs. Maintains updated job profiles, ensures disciplined use of the applicant tracking system, and develops recruitment standard operating procedures that reflect UNA Culture.
Purpose:
Enable organizational performance and workforce consistency by ensuring effective recruitment processes, strengthening compliance, and deploying a structured and disciplined hiring approach across all US locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all professional, administrative, and selected operational roles across UNACEM North America.
- Ensure compliance with federal employment regulations and state-specific hiring laws for Arizona and California.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability in the applicant tracking system to support compliance and decision-making.
- Lead sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted outreach, referrals, and local partnerships.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, maintain updated job profiles, and ensure alignment between talent requirements and candidate selection.
- Develop and update recruitment standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, I9 processes, and onboarding handoffs in partnership with HR Operations.
- Collaborate with Compensation and other stakeholders to support offer development and ensure internal equity.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to support executive visibility and planning.
- Represent UNACEM North America in job fairs, community outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure that every recruitment interaction reflects UNA Culture values of respect, cooperation, integrity, and excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the United States.
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of federal employment regulations and state-specific requirements in Arizona and California.
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
- Solid understanding of federal and state-specific employment regulations, including Arizona and California hiring laws.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices in corporate environments.
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes.
- Understanding of organizational culture and workforce needs in multi-site operations.
- Resolves recruiting challenges with structured reasoning and sound judgment.
- Balances urgency in hiring with long-term fit, compliance requirements, and accurate documentation.
- Uses data from ATS and sourcing efforts to guide decisions and anticipate risks.
- Daily interaction with hiring managers across all US locations.
- Coordination with Compensation, HR Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Frequent communication with candidates, external partners, and community organizations.
- Influences hiring decisions by providing clear assessments aligned with business and culture requirements.
- Ensures consistent and compliant recruiting execution and supports workforce continuity across US sites.
- Strengthens leadership capability, culture alignment, internal equity, and long-term talent sustainability.
