We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you’re passionate about bringing ideas to life through visuals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creative flair with compliance-driven precision, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Design, typeset, and lay out artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Create visuals for print, packaging, laser engraving, large-format graphics, and digital channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, the Creative Director, and other designers to translate project briefs into production-ready artwork.
• Revise and refine concepts based on feedback to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects with changing deadlines using tools like Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Maintain brand integrity across all creative assets and communication materials.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (required for consideration).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and openness to feedback.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, photography, video, or social media design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a state-issued cannabis license.

• Must consent to a background check per Arizona Department of Health Services (A.R.S. §36-2804.01).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.
