Insider Disinfecting is excited to welcome a dedicated Cleaning Crew member to our team! In this crucial role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of cleaning tasks designed to uphold our standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You'll utilize top-of-the-line cleaning and disinfecting products to ensure that all surfaces are impeccably maintained. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all assigned areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Perform disinfecting procedures, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues as they arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols in the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as requested.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial position is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and best practices for sanitation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members.
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
