As a Security Officer - Area Patrol in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine driving and foot patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative values to every shift with integrity and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, delivery traffic, and/or pedestrian activity to help support site rules, visitor processing, and authorized access practices.
• Assist with alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or operational disruptions by communicating clearly with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
