We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Globe, Arizona. This role offers a four-day work week, no call responsibilities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community while still maintaining excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Perform minor in-office procedures if desired and trained
• Build long-term patient relationships in a community-focused setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $108,700 – $152,200

Requirements:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Arizona license or ability to obtain
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Passion for community health and culturally sensitive care
