What You’ll Do

• Make B2B outbound cold calls daily to prospects in targeted industries
• Conduct B2B email outreach with personalized messaging
• Follow up on inbound leads or referrals when provided
• Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, authority, and timing
• Book meetings for senior sales leadership to close
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
• Hit daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)

What We’re Looking For

• Someone that enjoys sales, enjoys communication, and that wants to grow in their sales career
• 1–3+ years experience in cold call sales (BDR/SDR role)
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Comfortable making high volume phone calls, sending outreach emails and messages, and getting on video calls with potential clients
• Basic understanding of what Salesforce is (CRM for sales & service) — enough to pitch support services confidently
• Self-starter who thrives on communication, metrics, consistency, and accountability
• Organized, able and willing to track pipeline activity and follow ups
• Someone that understands how to conduct targeted outreach research (we will help on how to accomplish this)
