Executive Director

As we expand, we are seeking a Finance Attorney Partner to lead and shape our finance practice from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the clients finance practice, focusing on banking, lending, structured finance, and capital markets. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex financial transactions and regulatory challenges.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with fellow partners to define the clients culture, strategy, and long-term vision, while mentoring associates and helping build a high-performing team. Key responsibilities in this role include representing lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions in sophisticated deals, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing financing agreements, credit facilities, and security documents.
You will also provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues impacting financial services, contribute to firm leadership decisions, and help shape the clients identity as a new player in the market. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustainable growth is essential.
The ideal candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in a specific state. They should possess over 5 years of finance law experience, with a proven track record in transactional work, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business development background and leadership ability.
