This is a full-time remote role for a hands-on UKG Ready Implementation Specialist on our AmeriSource HCM team. The role entails leading end-to-end implementations of the UKG Ready platform, analyzing client business requirements, and configuring solutions to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include system setup, data migration, training delivery, and post-implementation support. The Implementation Specialist collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and maximize system functionality.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HCM system implementation, configuration, and data migration for HCM or payroll platforms, with specific experience in UKG Ready being a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis, process optimization, and translating client requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of training delivery, user adoption strategies, and providing post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client engagement and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Certification in UKG Ready or other HCM systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the HR or payroll industry and familiarity with HR practices and compliance.
