As a Receptionist, you will be the first voice and face of the company, answering and directing incoming calls and conducting a variety of administrative tasks. If you have experience using CRM software and thrive in a fast-paced service-oriented environment, this is where you belong! No CRM experience, no problem – we can teach you all you need to know to become a stellar employee!
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday at our office located in Chandler, AZ.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-line phone to answer a high volume of incoming calls from clients and vendors
- Active phone time will be the majority of the day, drawing calls from the CRM cue
- Determine needs of clients and direct calls to appropriate department or person, while logging initial interactions in the CRM
- Create service request tickets from client users
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly manner and determine the nature and purpose of visit, while adhering to the company security and visitor policy
- Various clerical duties as assigned
- All duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to use a multi-line phone and dual monitor system
- Ability to manage a queue of calls in a timely manner
- Exceptional telephone skills including active listening, verbal communication, and empathy
- Ability to multi-task between telephone and personal communication tasks
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Basic keyboard and 10-key skills
- Accounting/Payroll software knowledge is a plus
- Genesys Phone and Teams experience is a plus
