Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Shift Type: 12-Hour Night Shift | Rotating 4-On / 4-Off Schedule

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced PM Yard Driver to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to grow with a stable company. The ideal candidate will have prior yard driving experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work a rotating night shift schedule.
Schedule
This position follows a rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule , working four consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by four days off.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Example rotation:
- Week 1: Work Monday – Thursday, then 4 days off
- Week 2: Work Tuesday – Friday, then 4 days off
- Week 3: Work Wednesday – Saturday, then 4 days off
- Rotation continues throughout the year
Pay & Benefits
- $26.00 per hour
- Overtime paid after 40 hours worked in a week

Responsibilities
- Safely move trailers within the yard
- Position trailers at dock doors as directed
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and supervisors
- Maintain a safe and organized yard environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of yard driver experience required
- Ability to operate yard tractors safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work overnight shifts and a rotating schedule
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
