Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to the supervisor
- Assist with mobility and transfers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Empathy and compassion for the elderly or individuals with disabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in providing care and maintaining a clean environment
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
