Horne Hyundai is looking for an Accounting Assistant that is highly motivated individual that strives to exceed with a diverse range of tasks, and excels in multi-tasking, and prioritization. Automotive industry experience a HUGE plus! If you have these skills, and are confident in your ability to deliver results, this is the opportunity for you! To be successful in this position, you must have a general understanding of accounting, billing,and data entry.

Job Requirement:Duties and Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
• Automotive Billing New and Used Vehicles Wholesales Dealer Trades • Data Entry and Review
• Balancing Statements
• Filing
• Processing and issuing checks and check payments
• MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!! Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in the Automotive Industry. CDK knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to balance large volume accounts.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on organization, problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Backup Office Manager (payroll experience is a plus!)
• Familiarity with Arizona Tax and Labor guidelines.
