Description

The Lab Production Technician I performs tissue processing and production tasks in a laboratory setting. This entry-level role supports the Lab Production team by ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in tissue handling. Responsibilities include:

• Processing tissue samples per SOPs and regulatory standards
• Maintaining aseptic conditions and contamination-free environments
• Documenting processing activities for traceability
• Preparing and maintaining cleanroom and lab equipment
• Monitoring tissue quality and ensuring compliance with FDA and health standards
• Adhering to safety protocols and participating in safety training
• Supporting team operations and training junior staff

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• OR 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and lab safety protocols
• Ability to operate and maintain lab equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
