CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – CONSTRUCTION (Tucson, AZ)

Achilles Inc. is a well-established commercial subcontractor seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team.

While prior construction industry experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and assume increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontracts, purchase agreements, and related documentation
• Maintain project files, records, and correspondence
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents
• Coordinate and complete all aspects of project setup
• Monitor and update project information, including change orders
• Obtain subcontractor waivers and supporting documents to facilitate payments
• Prepare and submit project billings
• Manage project closeout documentation and processes
• Maintain and update various reports and tracking logs
• Perform additional administrative duties and provide support as needed

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and taking direction from multiple managers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Takes ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates accountability
