ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a small, close-knit team. As a second-generation State Farm agent, Ive been in the insurance industry since 2002. Before that, I spent time in the golf business, which helped shape my approach to building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience.

Im a graduate of the University of Oregon, where I earned my B.S. degree. Outside of the office, Im a proud father and a passionate golfer. I stay involved in the community through my local church and by supporting local high school sponsorships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bob Witt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
