Job Summary
Provide operational support for property, materials, inventory, document management, mail distribution, and facility setup. The role includes receiving, tracking, delivering, and maintaining materials, equipment, and records while supporting office operations and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment.
- Deliver materials, supplies, documents, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory records and property documentation.
- Conduct inventory counts and capital equipment audits.
- Set up and remove furniture, equipment, and signage for meetings.
- Perform document imaging, scanning, binding, and archiving.
- Receive, sort, meter, and distribute mail.
- Respond to facility and work order requests.
- Verify purchase orders and merchandise received.
- Tag, track, and deliver equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate vendor shipments and equipment repairs.
- Maintain automated inventory control systems.
- Schedule and track vehicle usage.
- Assemble, move, and dispose of furniture and surplus equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Issue tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Property and materials receiving.
- Inventory or warehouse operations.
- Document imaging, archiving, or records management.
- Delivery, distribution, or facility support.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture, equipment, and materials.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
