Sr Subcontracts Specialist As a Sr Subcontracts Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing subcontracting activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and driving cost-effective solutions within our Aerospace Procurement team. You will work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, External New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our subcontracting processes, contributing to the successful execution of our aerospace projects and initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the development and negotiation of subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify subcontracting needs and implement effective procurement strategies. · Analyze supplier performance and manage relationships to drive continuous improvement and cost savings. YOU MUST HAVE · A minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management or procurement · Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements WE VALUE · Proven experience in subcontract management or procurement within the aerospace industry. · Strong analytical skills and proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance. · Experience with procurement software and tools. · Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. · Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships. · Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
