We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! Candidate must be dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and able to multi-task while working. Assignments will include management of construction materials testing services for public and commercial projects. Construction materials testing project duties will include management, coordination, supervision, review and direction of technician staff for earthwork, foundation, concrete, masonry, steel, EIFS, fireproofing and pavement construction testing. Meet with clients and attend site meeting as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of small to medium sized projects.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status for the project.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Prepare and/or review reports for work performed by field or lab technicians to ensure they meet project plans and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. Or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years' related experience in testing and quality control fields.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean history.

Preferred Certification:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Engineer (EIT), Geologist (GIT)
