We are seeking a Barista Manager to join our team at our coffee shop and bookstore in downtown Gilbert.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Inventory management
- Creating staff task lists and flow of shifts
- Staff training and development
- Ordering of supplies
- Creating frequent specialty drinks/menus
Qualifications:
- Coffee Shop Management experience
- We are looking for extroverted personalities who are comfortable approaching customers.
- Food Managers Certificate
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
