POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for elite inside sales professionals — those who consistently exceed quotas and thrive in high-stakes environments.
This role is designed for top-tier sales professionals who excel in a high-energy, results-driven environment. As a Business Mastery Specialist, your primary objective is to market and enroll prospects into advanced business training programs via telephone. This role demands exceptional consultative selling skills, an unyielding drive for success, and the ability to help transform businesses at every stage of growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle scheduled sales calls, converting them into program enrollments or strategic down-sells/cross-sells with a high success rate
Execute outbound calls to potential and existing clients to qualify leads and sell programs and services
Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics within the CRM
Build and nurture deep, lasting relationships with business owner clients
Occasionally travel to support live event sales when needed
Undertake additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by leadership
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum of 6 years of recent sales experience with a proven track record as a top producer, preferably in inside sales
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment
Exceptional consultative selling skills with a passion for business growth and entrepreneurship
Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, marketing, and/or finance
Ability to communicate effectively with CEOs, founders, and executives
Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools
Competitive, coachable, and driven with a strong work ethic
Highly resilient and able to thrive under pressure
