What You Will Do :

• Develop specialized treatment plans to help patients regain well-being through therapeutic exercise and the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Monitor patient progress, address challenges, and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and patient families.
• Educate families and nursing staff on follow-through programs that build on the patients progress.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Adhere to professional standards, the organizations Code of Business Conduct, and applicable state and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care needs.

What You Bring :

• Education : Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure : Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Certification : Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
