About the Role:

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Serve safe certified
• Both white bistro and black bistro uniform

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also use your knowledge of food and beverage service to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to work in a team environment and attention to detail will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, you will use your organizational skills to assist with event planning and coordination, and your experience with POS systems will be beneficial in processing guest orders efficiently.
