**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The production worker will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging parts in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work in the paint department, hanging parts coming down the production line and preparing them for the next department.
+ Follow detailed work instructions and departmental procedures as directed by the supervisor.
+ Assemble or process parts within defined parameters and quality standards.
+ Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively as trained.
+ Handle and organize materials and parts to support departmental workflow.
+ Perform final inspection and packaging of products to ensure conformance with specifications and daily production targets.
+ Apply customer aesthetic requirements during inspection processes.
+ Audit materials and production parts prior to transfer to the next operation.
+ Collaborate with department leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and eliminating hazardous conditions; follow all company safety protocols.
+ Communicate clearly and accurately with team members and other departments.
+ Complete assigned tasks independently from job lists with minimal supervision.
+ Adhere to Quality Management System procedures, including job travelers and control plans.
+ Accurately update the MES system as instructed.
+ Log nonconforming and scrap materials in VISTA per guidelines.
+ Keep work area clean and organized.
+ Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
+ Arrive punctually and be available for overtime as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
+ Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours a day.
+ Three months of production or assembly experience.
+ Experience in production, general labor, landscaping, construction, or fast food work is beneficial.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
