Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Low Voltage Technician with strong skills in fiber optic installation, termination, and testing . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in low-voltage systems and be able to work independently or lead a small crew on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, and test fiber optic and copper cabling systems (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of low-voltage systems.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman-level experience in low-voltage or communications systems.
• Fiber optic experience required (termination, fusion splicing, OTDR testing).
• Knowledge of BICSI standards and building codes a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
