Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Phoenix, AZ . Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one client's product.
- Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with the client's policies and procedures.
- Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
- Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of clients
- Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators.
- Provides education on S125 products, client's policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations.
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the client's agency.
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single client's product.
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, and maintains strong prioritization and organization.
- Act with uncompromising integrity.
- Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.
- Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.
- Work in partnership and support each other.
- Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments.
- Treat each other with respect and dignity.

Pay: $18.00/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Client or customer service experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
