Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Phoenix, AZ . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one client's product.
• Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with the client's policies and procedures.
• Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of clients
• Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators.
• Provides education on S125 products, client's policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations.
• Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the client's agency.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single client's product.
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all interactions, performs data entry, and maintains strong prioritization and organization.
• Act with uncompromising integrity.
• Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.
• Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.
• Work in partnership and support each other.
• Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments.
• Treat each other with respect and dignity.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Client or customer service experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate Degree.
