Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian to join our remote coaching team. This is a part-time contractor role requiring 20–25 hours per week. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients’ health transformation by building personalized nutrition strategies based on bloodwork analysis, macronutrient needs, and behavior coaching. This role is perfect for someone who is highly collaborative, tech-savvy, and experienced in building flexible, client-centered nutrition plans that produce real-world results.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design personalized meal plans based on bloodwork reviews conducted by our
in-house MD

● Set initial calories and macronutrient targets aligned with each client’s goals, health markers, and preferences

● Monitor client food logs, adherence trends, and make timely adjustments as needed

● Participate in occasional Zoom meetings with clients to walk through more complex nutritional strategies and troubleshoot issues

● Communicate clearly with the Head Coach, Exercise Program Specialist, and Medical Advisor to ensure alignment in client care ● Document updates and progress in our online coaching system

● Provide guidance and support around complex issues such as restrictive eating patterns, disordered eating behavior, or food relationship challenges (as appropriate)

Requirements:

● Proven experience in nutrition coaching (minimum 3–5 years)

● Strong understanding of nutrition science, macro-based planning, and functional nutrition approaches

● Experience working in online coaching platforms or remote coaching settings

● Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

● Familiarity with tools like food tracking apps (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer), Google Workspace, and digital coaching software

Preferred Qualifications:

● Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition Science, or comparable field

● Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible

● Bonus: Training in behavioral psychology, disordered eating patterns, or habit change coaching
