Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional who specializes in identifying, developing, and closing commercial cleaning opportunities. The ideal candidate understands how to connect with decision-makers, present service solutions, and successfully secure commercial janitorial contracts.

This position is intended for a skilled lead generator and closer, who can independently locate and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Please Note: This role is not for telemarketers or call-center style lead generators. We are seeking a professional who knows how to actively pursue and close commercial service accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential commercial cleaning clients within Maricopa County
• Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers
• Present our janitorial services in a professional and persuasive manner
• Negotiate and finalize commercial cleaning agreements
• Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
• Work independently to secure new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven background in lead generation and closing commercial service contracts
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company well
• Must reside Arizona

Compensation:
Pay is commission based, negotiable and will depend on experience, performance, and the structure agreed upon. Please note that although a dollar amount is posted for this Job, it is commission based and there is a great opportunity of making way more than the amount posted.
