Advises clients on the home buying or refinance process while assisting through the loan process from application to closing. Engages with current and potential customers to educate and advise on how to best manage their mortgage finances. Required to achieve or exceed specific loan origination goals. Advises customers on U.S. Bank's full product suite, providing the opportunity to make referrals to other areas within U.S. Bank. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
