This role will be joining our growing Auto analytics team and be responsible for building analytics within our Auto product team that will help guide strategies and decision making. Converting data into insight and actionable intelligence through modeling from an analytics perspective, drawing conclusions. Success in this role is an end-to-end analytical toolkit that includes coding experience with SQL, Python, SAS. Being able to refine data, analyze and gain insight as well as data modeling. **In this role, you will:**
+ Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
+ Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong Hands-On coding experience including SAS, Python, Tableau, SQL
+ Consumer Lending Risk Analytics Strategy Background
+ Strong modeling experience including regression, decision tree, machine learning
+ Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills leveraging analytics
+ Strong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity while dealing with credit and operational problems
+ Experience in proactive detection of patterns and trends
+ Experience in developing data driven insights uncover data anomalies, trends, and actionable analysis
+ Ability to synthesize/translate data for executive consumption
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
+ Adept in data analysis tools and programming (R, Python, SQL, SAS)
