Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: • Active Arizona Real Estate License (Non-negotiable, Gotta be legal to be lethal).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (Because "Sorry, my Uber's late" doesn’t close deals).
• Familiarity with contracts, listings, MLS, and real estate transaction processes (We’ll train, but we won’t start from zero).
Tech & Marketing Basics: • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online lead platforms.
• Able to navigate email, calendar scheduling, and Zoom calls without a meltdown.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, social media, or making your listings pop online.
Skills We Love: • Strong communication and negotiation skills (confident but not cocky).
