What You Will Do :

• Evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and guide their recovery process.

• Educate patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs that build on treatment success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Manage scheduling, daily postings of charges, and contribute to overall patient flow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Uphold professional standards and organizational policies, including ethical and legal compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet patient care needs.

What You Bring :

• Education : Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure : Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Certification : Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
