Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing diverse events from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations

• Conduct venue research and site visits

• Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet event goals

• Track expenses and report on event ROI

• Troubleshoot issues during events and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 1-3 years of event coordination experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
