American Solar & Roofing is hiring a results-driven Solar Appointment & Lead Conversion Specialist to fuel our rapid growth in the Phoenix market. This is not a call center role. It is a performance-based opportunity for competitive professionals who thrive on hitting KPI's and generating real revenue impact. You’ll be the first connection between customers and our solar & roofing solutions. Your job is simple: engage homeowners, build rapport, and set appointments for our sales team. What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with warm leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track your results.
• Communicate the benefits of solar energy and roof upgrades.
• Work closely with the team to hit and exceed daily and weekly goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys talking with people.
• Self-motivated and competitive. Hitting goals and seeing results.
• 1+ year of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred (we’ll train the right person).
• Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• 1+ year knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

What We Offer:

• $21-$23 per Hour + Uncapped Commission and Bonuses
• Expected First-Year Earnings: $55,000-$75,000
