What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 home-based care to pediatric and adult patients

• Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, with specialty support available

• Deliver visits every 40 minutes, allowing focused, personalized care

• Build strong relationships with patients and families while helping them regain mobility and independence

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$50 per visit

• Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month ($6,000/year)

Work Schedule

• Home visits available during the week and on weekends

• Minimum of 6 sessions per week required

• Autonomy to select the schedule that works best for you

Job Requirements

• Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• 1 year of outpatient ortho experience required

• Minimum of 2,000 hours of patient care experience

• Dry Needling certification preferred

• PRN candidates with availability for 6 patient visits per week
