Caregiver
PARK Senior Villas Chandler, An Assisted Living & Memory Care community is HIRING immediately for Certified Caregivers!!!

Hiring for Day and Night shifts** Must have valid Arizona Caregiver Certification**
Competitive Pay based on skills and experience
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Provide direct patient care, medication pass, cooking, including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, incontinence care lifting, positioning, transferring, vitals etc.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reporting.
Review service plans and report any changes in residents condition.
Work effectively as a team member with other care providers.
Maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming living space for residents.
Assist resident in participating in activities.
Provide activities to residents as assigned and encourage their participation.
Professional communication with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies such as hospice or other service providers.
Must be able to perform a variety of household chores such as laundry, dishes, mopping, dusting, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have AZ state Certified Caregiver Certification
- Current two step TB
- Valid Fingerprint Card
