Guest Services Tour Guide - On-call
- Welcome with Presence: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity, guiding them to check-in and setting the tone for their stay.
- Lead with Insight: Provide walking and golf cart tours of our serene property, sharing the story of Miraval and highlighting spaces for reflection, renewal, and discovery.
- Support with Intention: Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring comfort and clarity as they settle into their experience.
- Connect with Care: Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs with empathy and attentiveness.
- Collaborate Mindfully: Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
- Stay Curious: Maintain a working knowledge of our Spa offerings, Programming Experiences, and daily activities to guide guests with confidence.
- Respond with Compassion: Notify your supervisor promptly of any guest concerns, ensuring every experience is met with care and resolution.
- Contribute Wholeheartedly: Assist fellow colleagues, embrace teamwork, and remain open to other duties as assigned.
