Retail Staff Associate
Position Overview
The Retail Staff Associate supports daily retail operations by assisting customers, maintaining store organization, and ensuring a positive on-site experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Support daily retail operations, including stocking and organizing merchandise.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.

Assist with point-of-sale transactions as needed.

Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
