Treasury Analyst
Fast-growth company in the healthcare field seeks temporary Treasury Analyst to join their corporate Treasury team. This position will support general treasury and cash accounting functions for busy department that supports M&A activities.

Cash Management & Banking

• Monitor and reconcile daily cash positions against forecasts.

• Manage banking inquiries and requests through established workflows and ticketing systems.

• Oversee account administration, including setup, maintenance, signatories, and documentation.

• Initiate and track internal fund transfers, intercompany settlements, and investment of excess cash.

Transaction Coding & Reconciliation

• Partner with Accounting and AP teams to research, code, and resolve unusual or unclassified transactions.

• Ensure accurate documentation and a strong audit trail for all cash movements.

• Support monthly reconciliations and treasury reporting during close.

Treasury Operations

• Process weekly deposits, including identification and routing of incoming check payments.

• Assist with short-term investments, intercompany funding, and debt covenant reporting.

• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support internal and external audits with treasury-related documentation and reconciliations.

• Safeguard the integrity and security of treasury data and transactions.

Projects & Analysis

• Partner with Treasury leadership on cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and ad hoc analyses.

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS) and automation initiatives.

• Prepare dashboards and reports on cash, debt, and investment activity for senior management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation within treasury and AP.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 1+ year of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and treasury management tools preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across departments.

  Office Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office)
  Pay: $30-35/hour
  Notes: This is a temporary position through March 2026. Starts at 30 hours and transitions up to 40 hours after initial training period.
