This role involves managing diverse project types and coordinating with mixed internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will execute project plans, control budgets, track timelines, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and structure construction projects to ensure objectives are met
• Manage project budgets to control costs and optimize resources
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Track project timelines and adjust schedules to maintain progress
• Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for accountability
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support project activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in project management
• Drywall & framing experience
• Strong skills in budgeting and financial oversight
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
