Operators- Seeking individuals experienced in custom house pad construction. Hillside and underground utilities installation experience is a must. You will be expected to read and interpret site plans.. Please know how to lead a crew through designated daily tasks, have a CDL, dust control training, and be able to operate wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, grade tractors, and all associated attachments. (hammer, compactor, etc) Must be able to communicate and work as a team, and step into different positions to complete tasks. Our jobsites are typically located in the Paradise Valley area and North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area. Attach a resume with your response. Wage will be determined based on experience.
Laborers- Seeking individuals to assist in the construction of customs house pads. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach you how to read site plans, proper methods and procedures for construction, and with time how to operate equipment. Primary job tasks include watering job sites, hand work, placing conduit and drain pipe, and job site cleanup. No experience, no problem if you show the aptitude and commitment to learn.
