• Charge(s): F, 6 years old; M, 3 years old
• Hours: Monday-Friday care will be needed with occasional weekend coverage **Please see Special Notes (below)for more schedule information. In the summer, the schedule may shift to Monday-Friday 8:00AM-2:00PM with advanced notice.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Minimum of 15 or up to 30 (depending on Nanny’s schedule needs/flexibility)
• Paid Time Off Benefits: After 6 months of employment, Nanny will earn 15-30 hours of paid time off every 6 months; or, 30-60 hours per year. PTO may be used for any reason, including; vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. In addition to, 6 paid federal holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday- Friday working day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
• Driving Required: Yes

• Starting Hourly Rate:$28-30/hour DOE paid on a W-2

  • Option 1: (15 guaranteed hours) F,6 is in school, M,3 stays in full day preschool. M/T/TH/F: 7- 9:30 (help get them ready for school from 7-7:30. Take kids to school 1-2 days and come back and do a little household work. Other days do household stuff from 7:30-9:30). Wednesday 1pm- 6pm (pick up F, 6 from early release at school and hang out with her. Then pick up M, 3 from daycare at 3:30pm. Play and do dinner while we go out for a little early afternoon date). If there is an amazing long term candidate that wants 20 hours, we are open to that for this scenario.
  • Option 2: (30 guaranteed hours): F, 6 is in school, M, 3 movies to part time daycare (at same place) 5 days a week. M/F: 10:30-1:30 (household work 10:30-12pm, pick up M, 3 from daycare and bring him back to nap or play), T/TH: 7-1:30pm ( help get kids ready for school and take them to school, do household work until 12 and pick up M, 3 and put down for nap), Wednesday 10:30-6:30pm (do household work until 12, then pick up M, 3 from school and get F, 6 from early release, bring them home and hopefully get M, 3 down for nap, hang out and do dinner, we’ll do a date). We’d have a 3 hour buffer for the week. It would be amazing if we could do a weekend date too (afternoon or evening is fine.... And, we are okay too if it’s only once or twice a month).
