Position Overview
We are seeking reliable On-Call Warehouse Temp Workers to support our warehouse operations as needed. This is a contracted, flexible position where you will be called in on short notice to assist with day labor tasks assigned by our Warehouse Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Team Leader.
Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Help with loading, unloading, and delivery support when needed.
Store and organize items on shelves or in inventory areas.
Assist in the print shop with light labor tasks as directed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
Prior warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule — available for on-call assignments.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation
Hourly pay (competitive, based on experience).
Contract / day-labor basis (on-call when needed).
No minimum guaranteed hours; shifts are based on workload.
