Intake Paralegal - Bilingual (Tue-Sat)

We are seeking an Intake Paralegal for our Phoenix office.

About the job:
This is a fast-paced, client-focused role within a collaborative team environment. As an Intake Paralegal, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients, handling calls and in-person interactions with empathy and professionalism. The position involves conducting intake interviews, addressing client concerns, coordinating with paralegals and investigators, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding process.


Schedule:

• Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients promptly and professionally.
• Conduct client intake interviews over the phone and in person with accuracy and compassion.
• Address client questions and concerns; escalate matters to paralegals or investigators as needed.
• Maintain detailed and organized records in the case management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive first impression of the firm.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to intake and case setup.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 1–3+ years of experience in a law firm environment.
• Minimum 1 year as an intake paralegal (personal injury experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in computer applications and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff both in person and over the phone.
