Great Big Smiles Orthodontics is always looking for talent as a part-time Scheduler / Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator to provide the best patient experience while maximizing the efficiency of our operations at our office in the Scottsdale, AZ area. This part-time administrative position earns a competitive wage of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with possible additional bonuses. Each of these is negotiable and depends on experience and success. Bonuses can change at any time and are available after 90 days of starting employment with us.

DAY-TO-DAY

Our Scheduler / Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator is essential to the success of our office! In this role, your daily tasks include ensuring our patients feel comfortable and confident in our care while completing several administrative tasks as well. You tap into your organizational skills to maintain accurate files, as well as collect, sort, and distribute documents and messages to patients and our other offices. You also coordinate and accept deliveries and work hard to keep our office clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.

On top of keeping our office running smoothly, you also pride yourself in your ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere as you interact with patients over the phone, greet visitors, and handle inquiries. Further, you are timely when following up with missed or late appointments, and you are diligent to keep up on collecting payments. Ultimately, we rely on your knowledge, expertise, and positive demeanor to help ensure the success of our practice and the happiness of our patients!

SCHEDULER / ORTHODONTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR WORK SCHEDULE

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of office experience
• Ability to accurately type at 40 words per minute
