Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Technology Operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Review and analyze assignments or challenges requiring research and evaluation.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
• Provide information and support to client personnel in Technology Operations.
• Support the imaging of Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops, desktops, and tablets for the enterprise.
• Work in a daily production environment, completing 40-80 tickets per day.
• Be onsite 5 days a week in a distribution warehouse facility.
• Spend up to 8 hours a day on your feet and lift/carry 20-pound boxes as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with imaging and supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Windows Applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily ticket completion goals.
• Physical ability to spend extended periods on your feet and lift/carry up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $30 - $35

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
