Automotive Sales Manager – Desk Manager

Horne Nissan Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department. The position requires a hands-on individual who will be interacting with all aspects of the Sales Process. Driving processes that maximize customer engagement, lead conversion, the sale, and dealership profitability.

MUST MAKE FOLLOW UP CALLS AND SET APPOINTMENTS. MUST TRAIN SALESPEOPLE TO SET APPOINTMENTS.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both customers and the dealership.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dealership experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales.
• Analyze lead traffic & sources for marketing ROI. Identifying opportunities for growth.
• Recruiting & training of sales staff. Training on best practices & processes for opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and online reputation management.
• Set sales goals and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
• Daily interaction with customers via phone, email, text, and chat to provide information about vehicles and services.
• Conduct virtual Presentations or demonstrations of vehicles as needed

Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management in New Car Dealerships.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills, both and verbal and written.
• Be results-driven, highly energized and self-motivated.

• Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• High School Diploma/ GED required. College degree a PLUS

Compensation & Benefits:

• $72,000 plus annual income
