Summary/Objective: The Services and Repair Specialist is responsible for all administrative functions within the service process control system. These responsibilities will include customer communication, data entry, order tracking, system monitoring and response, status updating and ownership of the customer experience while there calibration or service order is active. The Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring system cues and providing follow up communications with customers and service personnel to maximize process efficiency and grow services revenue. The Service and Repair Specialist assists the Services and Repair Customer Lead with the implementation of department projects and programs and must be capable of working quickly and completing tasks with a sense of urgency.

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Ensure customers are aware of the status of all jobs at all times and notified of completed jobs immediately.

• Must listen and take direction well
• Assisting customers with various issues, such as billing, service requests, etc.
• Offers suggestions and improvements as they see them
• Assists customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about various products and services
• Helps maintain customer accounts by recording, correcting, and updating account information in the Service Process System
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's query; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve a problem; expediting correction or adjustments; following-up with customers to ensure resolution.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing goal-oriented tasks as assigned
