Responsibilities- Develop and present customized insurance quotes and coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Proactively follow up on warm inbound and marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
- Re-engage prospects and uncover sales opportunities through outbound follow-up
- Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Educate clients on coverage options to help them make confident financial decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outbound follow-up and managing lead flow (no cold prospecting)
- Sales or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
- Insurance experience not required licensing support and training provided
