Restaurant AGM
The Italian Daughter is seeking an experienced, motivated AGM for our North Scottsdale location.
Operation Expectations to Include, but Not Limited To (Training FOH staff):- Implementing protocols and structure to each position group to ensure an efficient + seamless work shift.
- Hiring/firing FOH.
- Assuring that customers are receiving the best quality of customer satisfaction.
- Keeping Action logs, assuring HR concerns are addressed.
- Maintain FOH labor cost is under 19%*assuring that the entire FOH is operating within the company standards.
- Keeping inventories + Building Par for bar*maintaining liquor costs under 18% beer cost under 23% wine cost under 30% *scheduling.
- Maintain a 4.7-star or better rating on YELP , GOOGLE + Open Table and other review platforms.
- Assuring cleanliness and professionalism in the front of the house.
- Responsible for upholding state and federal laws.
- Creating and maintaining a professional + positive work environment.
- Assisting with all tip reporting and payroll punch edits bi-weekly.
- Responsible for daily paperwork/closing paperwork.
- Responsible for overseeing and troubleshooting the maintenance of all equipment.
- Implementing protocols for efficiency.
- Ensuring the FOH has all necessary tools to extend the best quality of service.
- Working in partnership with BOH.
- Assuring all FOH inventory.
- Assisting EXEC Chef in an effort to keep FOH + BOH in unison to increase profitability.
- Work together with the current GM to divide responsibilities in an effort to ensure all aspects of operation of covered and executed 100%.
