What You’ll Do

• Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care)
• Address co-occurring conditions alongside behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate care
• Monitor progress and modify treatment goals as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Engage in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), or license-eligible within 90 days
• Two or more years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Training and experience in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• Familiarity with treating adult clients and co-occurring disorders
• Competent using EMR systems and clinical documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
